What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
Youth Red 7-10 yrs. Within these sessions, the players will continue to improve both their movement and co-ordination skills, further improve their techniques and understanding of the tactics of tennis. Please note a minimum of 6 participants are needed for this course to run.
