Our floodlight bulbs are changing from halide to LED.

Costing £23,400, we are fortunate to have enough money in our reserves to cover the cost.

There are two reasons for moving to LED lights:

1. LEDs are more energy-efficient, reducing our electricity cost and our environmental impact;
2. the current bulbs are nearing the end of their life and replacing an individual bulb costs close to £1,000.

We hope the bulbs will be installed towards the end of October.  We will keep you informed of required court closures and aim to keep disruption to a minimum.
